ESXi 5.1 wont detect my network cards during install

Hi I am trying to install esxi 5.1 but during install I get an error no physical network cards detected and then aborts instillation. i know that when installing windows my network card isnt detected until i install its driver, but i am not sure how i can install the driers for exsi.

when i try search the compatibility guide I get no results.

My specs are:

HDD: 1 MAXTOR IDE HDD 250GB

Network Cards: Onboard LAN

                           LAN Chipset - Marvell 88E8056

                           Max LAN Speed - 10/100/1000Mbps

and a second network card not sure of brand, i pulled it out of an old PC I have laying around.
