Most of the sales in my country Sri Lanka are more on SMB markets.
I have been in many Pre-sales meeting and it all comes down to the cost of licenses.
Lately I must admit that VMware is losing the battle in price war. (most SMB markets)
The argument is why do they need to license Hypervisor separately and their guest OS's separately when they can do with Datacenter Edition of Windows 2012.
I need your views, suggestions on how to tackle this battle successfully.
