Hmmm, are the configurations the same for all machines?
I wonder if it might be related to the default system shell the process is running under. There are many places throughout Studio with the potential for a process to be created and unfortunately, in the case of some scripts, it is not always explicit.
Keeping that in mind with an Ubuntu distribution for example; you could potentially have a mixture of dash and bash being used and they both differ enough to certainly cause problems especially in redirection.
