ok... run the below commands and attach the output here
# cd /scratch (or any partition with at least 100MB free space)
# dd if=/dev/disks/t10.ATA_____WDC_WD6000HLHX2D01JJPV0_______________________WD2DWXG1EB0DXH92 of=ata.dd bs=1M count=32
# tar -czvf ata.tgz ata.dd
attach the ata.tgz file here - not sure if there is a limit for attachments if yes send me a link to download
