Appologies I know I had seen something about this a very long time ago but upon searching the discussions I cannot find it.... In v8 we used to be able to send a link to a new request so the customer goes straight to the new request screen however now this does not appear possible, was there ever a workaround for this?
Example the customer emails us asking for elevated access to certain systems we want to reply with a link which takes them directly to the request. It appears if we try and do this now it automatically takes them to the main page.
We are currently on version 9.1.5
