VMware Fusion is available free and fully functional for a 30 day trial before purchasing to ensue it meet one's needs/wants so getting a refund is probably not going to happen! 
I've been running the VMware Fusion 6 technical Previews since May and now the GA Release of VMware Fusion 6 and while there are still some minor issues nonetheless generally speaking the product is preforming fine and is so for other Users too.
Instead of just ranting about your issue it would have been more helpful if you'd included the crash report, if applicable, and or the support bundle created by the Collect Support Information command on the Help menu.
