I'm afraid the issue is due to the E7400 CPU which doesn't support VT-x. I don't think you will be able to run nested VMs without VT. André

If you want to test the Virtual Machine on another system, then just make a copy to another system and when done just delete it.  Moving it from one system then back to the other will not fix whatever...
